  • It is so very important that we have an email for each lot owner.  
  • Please provide us with an email address if you haven't already done so.  
  • This is a great help which helps with the saving of postage stamps and the mail getting lost.  
  • It also helps with saving our trees.


  • The membership dues are $138 for the year of 2025.  
  • Please note that dues will increase to $144 for 2026 and the invoice will be either emailed or sent out via USPS on or after November 2025.
  • The dues will increase each year by $6 until we have reached the goal of $150.  
  • Please contact your attorney regarding any legal issues of this community.
  • At this point our community is self-managed.


  • Online payments made easy via email invoice.
  • Pay your organization dues and fees online with a credit or debit card.  
  • We at request, can provided a statement of current, past-due, and previous payments. Any questions about dues? Please contact us.
  • If you prefer not to pay online, please send us a check or M.O. payable to GLHOA Charlotte, then mail your payment to PO Box 43201, Charlotte, NC, 28215.
  • Note: There is a $35 charge for stop payment or Insufficient funds.


  • Trash is picked up on every Monday and the recycle is picked up every other Monday.  
  • Bulk items have to be scheduled with the city by calling 311 or visit their website.  
  • You can drop off large cardboard, plastic, or other items at the recycle center in Reedy Creek Park.
  • Once trash has been collected, please store the container to the outer side of your garage or within your garage.
