Note: Many questions can be resolved by calling 311.  Also, if lot owners are in violation of the Declaration of Restrictions, then anyone can file a complaint with the city and/or the HOA. 

The Association shall appoint a Nominating Committee as provided in these By-Laws. In addition, the Board of Directors shall appoint other committees as deemed appropriate in carrying out its purpose. The Board of Directors making the appointment of a committee shall designate a chairman of said committee.  


The streets are owned and under the responsibility of the government.  Please see Declaration of Restrictions attached.  


Can boat, trailer, recreational vehicle, camper, camper truck or commercial vehicle be stored in our community?  No!  Please see the Declaration of Restriction above.


No person may keep any animal upon any part of the Lot except that any Owner then occupying a residence upon a Lot may keep customary household pets upon such Lot, provided that such pet are not kept, bred or maintained for any commercial purposes or in such a manner as to become a nuisance to other Owners or residents of the subdivision.


 No garage constructed on any Lot shall be used for living quarters of any kind either for guests, members of the family or domestic employees.  Please see Declaration of Restrictions attached.  


No fence or wall shall be erected on any Lot closer to the street than the side street setback or the front of the building façade.  Please see Declaration of Restrictions attached.  


All swing sets, basketball goals and similar equipment must be located within the building setback lines.


No above-ground pools shall be erected on a Lot.


No unlicensed, wrecked or inoperable vehicle may be left on a Lot outside an approved enclosed structure. No repairs to or maintenance of any automobile or other vehicle shall be made or performed on any driveway within the Project, except in the case of an emergency.
